I found the staff accommodating and helpful. The room had nice amenities, including tea and coffee. The location is very convenient, close to many attractions and restaurants, I found it easy to walk everywhere.

amazing location friendly staff clean room

The hotel's location was AMAZING. Sightseeing locations, essential metro stations, shops for groceries, and various restaurants were all close. Staff members were friendly and always willing to HELP. The room was always clean and quiet, important for good SLEEP.

The soap dispenser in the shower did not operate as it should have.

convenient location excellent pressure

The location was convenient for seeing many sites. the shower had excellent water pressure. I definitely appreciated that feature!

The elevator was rather small. I found it a tight fit with my luggage.
