The hotel's location was AMAZING. Sightseeing locations, essential metro stations, shops for groceries, and various restaurants were all close. Staff members were friendly and always willing to HELP. The room was always clean and quiet, important for good SLEEP.

The soap dispenser in the shower did not operate as it should have.

The staff offered assistance in both English and French. The personnel demonstrated really good friendliness and helpfulness throughout the stay. They assisted with directions and provided recommendations for local restaurants, really enhancing my visit.
